| Kit(s) and Replacement Parts The cost for ONE Kit is $230.00, the cost for TWO Kits is $460.00, the cost for THREE Kits is $690.00, etc. All amounts, including shipping/handling, are in USD. The cost for Replacement Parts is listed on the Order Form below. To order, send a purchase order (PO), fax a copy of the Order Form below, or use PayPal (see PayPal below). If you order with a PO or Order Form you will receive an invoice after the materials have been shipped, although pre-payment is preferred. Shipping/handling Within the Continental U.S. (Non-PayPal Orders) For Non-PayPal orders, the standard shipping/handling cost for ONE Kit is $20.00.
